‘The Beginners Guide to Exporting is an excellent course for staff who are involved in the exporting process and who have inherited practices which may not be correct.
The course provided sufficient information for us to understand our processes and identify where they required updating or changing so as to ensure the efficient despatch and export of goods.
The majority of goods produced at NHE Ltd are despatched into the EU. The course made us less fearful of the potential changes required to our despatch and export processes if the UK leaves the EU without a deal and our despatches into Europe become exports.
We are now better prepared and more aware of how we should plan for the changes which may lie ahead.’
