Our Helpdesk service is your direct line to practical, trustworthy advice – by phone or email – from specialists who’ve been supporting UK importers and exporters for over 30 years.

Whether you need a quick five-minute check or step-by-step guidance on a thorny problem, our team is here to give you clear answers you can act on with confidence.

  • Time is logged in 5-minute blocks and can be spread across multiple queries.

2. Use your minutes flexibly

  • Contact us by phone or email with any import/export question.
  • We’ll respond quickly with clear, practical guidance.

3. Stay in control

  • Get reminders when your minutes are running low.
  • Need more? Just top up or ask about a retainer package.

What if I don’t use all my minutes?

Your Helpdesk minutes are valid for 12 months from purchase. You can spread them across multiple queries over that time.

We aim to respond the same working day, and often much faster. For urgent queries, call us directly on 0115 727 0018

No – we support both importers and exporters. Many of our clients do both, and we’re here to help with either side of the process.

Yes – once your account is set up, anyone you authorise in your team can use the Helpdesk.

You’ll receive reminders when your minutes are running low. It’s simple to top up, or we can set up a retainer package if you prefer ongoing support.
